Pet Express Doggie Run 2011

When the running industry has not yet boomed that much, most of the runner's running-buddy is their lovely pet. We could see them strolling, walking, jogging, running and playing in the parks streets, and around the village. Lately though, due to safety reasons and regulations in every running events, most of the "human caretakers" have no choice but to leave behind their furry friends on their leash while the helpless creature awaits for his boss' return with some loot bags full of bones.

But thanks to these pet shops that has been always there in grooming and pampering these sweet creatures, as they are also making an awareness about the bestfriends that we previously run with as soon as we wake up in the morning.

Part of the registration fee will go to SAWS (The Strike Animal Welfare Society), a group based in Bacoor, Cavite, dedicated to making the city an environmentally and pet-friendly place for everyone. SAWS serves as the forefront animal rescue center in Cavite.
