  1. I love running for three reasons, first it helps me release all the stress brought by work and heartaches :) , second i get to meet new friends (and could also hunt for my better-half LOL), third, it gives me an opportunity to travel minus the shopping, just pure nature tripping and sight seeing.

  3. I'm usually a timid person receiving copious amount of stress from the corporate world. To unleash my inner aggression and relieve stress, nothing beats a combat sport.

  6. I love sports. simple as it is but a great deal for my body. i do basketball, badminton, bowling, and running. actually, i did my first pikermi (21km) run last NatGeo run. It was a great experience but, i felt a sudden pain in my knees. i finished it with 2:18 hrs but can do a sub2hrs if it wasnt for my aching knees. also recently, i fell in love with mountain climbing/trekking. it was really great body exercise and bonding with nature.

  7. I love running because it is what challenges me to go beyond my limits and defy other people's expectations. With meeting new people, better health (mind and body) thrown in as bonuses, how can you not love it?
