Recharge Your Life with Real Chia

On my previous post about Chia seeds, I mentioned some history about its origin, the nutritional value you can get, and how it affected my bowel movement for the first few days of my consumption. If you haven't read about it yet, please do so by visiting this blog post: Chia Seeds - A Superfood?

Now I am giving you my dear readers, a chance to experience this product to yourself. Yes I am raffling out three (3) 7-day starter bottle of Chia seeds to three lucky readers after this post. But before going to the details of how you can join this give-away, let me share to you first the following excerpts from the remarks of the following respected health professionals to give you more idea why many call Chia seeds a Superfood. Read on...

Excerpt from NY Times Bestseller "Born to Run", by Christopher McDougall:
"In terms of nutritional content a tablespoon of Chia is like a smoothie made from salmon, spinach and human growth hormone. As tiny as those seeds are, they're superpacked with omega-3s, omega-6s, protein, calcium, iron, zinc, fiber and antioxidants. If you had to pick one desert-island food, you couldn't do much better than Chia, at least if you're interested in building muscle, lowering cholesterol and reducing your risk of heart disease; after a few months on a Chia diet, you could probably swim home."
From Doctor Oz (Oprah! Fame):
"...Nutty-tasting whole-grain Chia seeds are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, and they have among the highest antioxidant activity of any whole food -- even more than fresh blueberries. And they do good stuff for the body, like keeping blood pressure and blood sugar under control.

Chia is a chockfull of fiber as other whole grains, but it packs in even more vitamins. A (chia-laced) muffin has more magnesium than about 10 heads of broccoli, and it's got as much calcium in it as a couple of cups of milk. It's very rich in the next big category, which are omega-3 fatty acids.

One study showed that 30 grams of Chia seed taken with bread decreased the sharp blood sugar spike seen an hour after eating. Another study showed that Chia lowers blood pressure and the risk of heart problems...."
And here's a comparison table of what you will get from Chia seeds compared to other source of fiber-nutrition:
